Best Underfloor Heating Company in Egypt: A 2026 Buyer's Guide

There are dozens of companies in Egypt that will sell you "underfloor heating". A much smaller number can actually engineer it. This guide gives you the filters that separate a specialist heating company from a generalist contractor — so you spend your money once, not twice.

Filter 1: Heating-only specialism vs side-product

Many companies treating UFH as an add-on — solar installers, electrical contractors, generic MEP firms. Heating is one of many lines on their menu, not a discipline they own.

A heating specialist company does heat loss calculations as standard, owns its design library, has named heating engineers on staff, and can show you 50+ completed UFH projects in the past three years. If those things are not on the website, ask in person.

Filter 2: Brand stack

A specialist heating company has formal distribution relationships with premium manufacturers. That is what gives you spare parts in year 9, factory-backed warranties, and engineering support.

Look for European and American brand names: De Dietrich, Unical, Grundfos, Henco, IVAR, Giacomini, Sira, AO Smith, Bradford White, Rheem. A company carrying only generic or Chinese-only brands at the entry price-point will struggle to deliver long-term service support.

Filter 3: Warranty length

A heating company comfortable with their workmanship offers 10+ years on underfloor piping. 20 years is best-in-class for the Egyptian market.

A 1- or 2-year warranty is a polite way of saying "we expect issues and we are protecting ourselves". A 20-year warranty is a promise the company has to live up to for two decades.

Filter 4: Project references

Ask for three things:

Two completed compound projects in the past 24 months — with developer names and contact for verification

One hospitality or institutional project — hotel, hospital, school, club

A current installation site you can visit to see the workmanship and the brand stack in person

A company that hesitates on any of these has either no real portfolio or no confidence in showing it.

Filter 5: Aftersales and lifetime service

Underfloor heating is a long-life system. The company that installs it must still be reachable a decade later. Ask:

Do you offer a service contract, or only one-off call-outs?

Where is your service team based, and what is the response time?

How long has the company been operating, and what is the team size today?

Why these filters matter

Underfloor heating is not a commodity. Two installs at the same square-meter rate can deliver wildly different outcomes — one comfortable for 25 years, one limping by year 6 with no support to call.

Heatec Solutions exists because the gap between heating done properly and heating done casually in Egypt is wider than most owners realise. The five filters above are how a buyer closes it.
