Unical is the Italian premium-segment alternative to De Dietrich. This guide covers when to specify Unical and what Heatec does on every install.
Unical's Position in Premium Italian Boilers
Established 1972, Unical specialises in commercial and high-end residential boilers. Reliability in long continuous operation.
Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers
Better tolerance for varying water quality compared to aluminium alternatives. Important for Egyptian water that may vary across compounds.
Wall-Hung vs Floor-Standing
Wall-hung saves space and cost - suits smaller villas (<400m2). Floor-standing for larger loads or where service access matters.
Integration with Solar Pre-Heat
If the villa has solar thermal for hot water, Unical integrates as the back-up heat source. Maximises solar use, gas only when needed.
Heatec Installation Standard
Proper pipework with isolation valves at every interface. Stainless steel flue with sealed termination. Commissioning to manufacturer spec.
FAQ
Is Unical readily serviceable in Egypt?
